While the Once-Ler chopped down the truffula tree, the critters looked at the stump. The stump began to shake, as the lightning strikes into it. After a few seconds it stops. Out of nowhere, The Lorax is out of the stump, collapsing into the ground. He shook his head, trying to make himself conscious.

"... Wha-?"

He turns around as he was in shock. He slightly panicked but after a couple a seconds, he looked depressed when the first tree has been chopped down, but he tries to calm down and hide it.
