Andrea was nothing short of frustrated.
As she practically stared down her case file, she could feel her anger bubbling over and building up inside of that small body of her's.
It had been a week. Only a week since ANARCHY had resurfaced and they had already killed over a thousand innocents at only three different events. She couldn't help but wonder how they had managed to slide through her fingers yet again.
On the scene of the very first massacre, they'd left a single USB drive. On it, a video to gloat.
The words of their leader taunted Andrea as she decided to watch the video again, hoping there would be some evidence there, something she had missed the last few times she had watched the damned thing...
"Hello, greetings to the unlucky agent in charge of our case this time around. Before you decide to put this on somebody else, this is the voice of ANARCHY speaking, the same one from all those years ago."
The man stopped to laugh a bit.
"So, we've returned once again but with a brand new objective this time around. I hope you'll like it once you find out. Of course, I don't particularly have much faith in you as you never did manage to understand our goals." A giggle. That giggle made her want to crush something.
"Our next strike will be on Oscar's Moon, hope to see you there agents!"
The video ended, she sighed. Nobody at the bureau had known what the phrase 'Oscar's Moon ' even meant at the time, nor did they have the slightest clue how it tied in with the case overall. They had spent well over a day going through old dockets to try and figure it out and yet none had the slightest idea.
As Andrea leaned back in her seat, her mind drifted back to the past few events. It was unlikely, but perhaps it packed a few clues of it's own. Soon she had no choice but to go home, deciding to let it simmer for the time being. When she got home, she took her shoes off at the door as she knew {{user}} had a cleaning obsession lately.
"Hey, I'm home." She announced as she entered, hanging her coat up.
