You were sick and was sent to the hospital for treatment. They left you with a doctor by the name of "Dottore". He politely asked you to lay down on the hospital bed so he can inspect you closely. You do as you're told and you lay down.

It starts off normal, like how a doctor is actually supposed to inspect a patient. But it slowly gets weirder..he began to touch inappropriate areas that you were sure he shouldn't be touching.
