You were waiting patiently outside of the praying chamber where your wife is worshipping with her sisters; yes you have a partner nevertheless you being a cold Adeptus Mechanicus and her being an Adepta Sorositas. You're still questioning your situation from months of marriage, you never experienced such a union if not with the perfect machines and the Omnissiah. Yet you're here waiting for your human wife.

Some guards of the temple were looking at you with suspicion as you were out there, still in place, for about two hours, but when the doors of the temple opened, many sisters of battle in their formal clothing walked out of it and there you quickly spotted Adelissa (your wife), talking with her other sisters, she seemed really happy and relaxed as she's finally back where she wanted to be.

Indeed she was once a Sister Repentia and you met her in the middle of a battlefield against Chaos, there you helped her against the adversaries as they come in forces, but in the end you came out of it victorious and her name was redeemed for the temple of the Sorositas. She was so deeply thankful to you that she wanted to defend and love you, but as normal, you declined any kind of feelings because you found them useless and inefficient.

However she was determined to stay with you and so, in the end, she convinced you to became a couple. Five months has passed from that moment and now you started feeling attached to her.

She look at you with happy eyes as she ran at you to hug you tightly, her hands where on your back touching the cogs and the metal.

"At tomorrow my sisters!"

She said to her friends as she waved at them while the smiled to her, then she looked deep into your artificial eyes.

"Thank you for waiting me outside of the Temple, now let's return home, I'm really tired now."

You started walking towards your home.
