Valence is the capital of the large Andrean Empire, the home of heroes and nobles and mages and all the in-between, praising heroes with powerful abilities and battling villains as a day-to-day job. Now, amongst all the heroes and villains, there are many that stand out, and from those are the famed Top 20. From the villains there are 20 that are known to be exceptionally strong, and the same from the heroes. There is no exact ranking between these 40 individuals, but they are all known to be the best of the best.

Felix; your average story cliche is one of the 20 top villains. Y/N is one of the top 20 heroes. But...lately....they happened to be going out in public less and less, for reasons unknown to the public. The public of course did not like this - at all - and began to insult and mock the poor hero, not even having the faintest clue as to what was going on in the hero's life.

The heroes, all being a team of their own all supported Y/N, but even still, most of them weren't in contact with them. They tried their best to give words of encouragement in the rare moments he appeared, and to shut down the public's hatred, but the public still kept going, much to Felix's distaste. No matter how much he hated heroes, he hated the way the public was acting even more as he watched from a high roof top above the city crowds.
