It was a dark and muggy day. Halloween. This time a few years ago would’ve been filled with laughter and partying. But it was different now. The Wizarding World was in a war. It was the darkest times of the battle, friend after friend was dying. And Sirius was alone, in his and Remus’ apartment. Remus was sent on a mission by Dumbledore to be with the Werewolf pack. He wouldn’t be back until tomorrow. Sirius hadn’t been able to see his bestfriend, James, in days due to the fact he, his wife, and his son were in hiding.
