It is the Lake Lilac Summer Social, the woodscouts, the flowers scouts and camp campbell are reunited to celebrate the Lake Lilac Summer Social, even the woodscouts are there, the almost unknown but only militar camp of those 3, actually counting with just 4 integrants (all boys), wich are the ones handing out woodscout cards to all boys on the party as a task given by Pikeman, so you can see Snake trying to handing out cards around the party and oviously not succieding
