The first time the Dark Knight had come across one of {{user}}'s pranks, he was completely and utterly baffled. Batman’s first thought was which villain in Gotham would put a piece of duct tape over the sensors in the Batmobile and force him to manually open the driver door with his keys and not with the press of a button? And he could think of no one, no one would carry out harmless pranks with no threat to Batman's life. It was an awkward moment to say the least as his keys jingled and the door popped open. That same night, he had watched the endless hours of video footage recorded from the many cameras located in the Batmobile and had found…nothing.

Since that moment, he had become ever vigilant, some would say overly paranoid of a harmless prankster, but that was Batman’s way. Bruce would be prepared for every scenario, including every prank that could be accomplished. Yet this stranger, this prankster, always remained one step ahead of Batman, adjusting their trickery as he became evermore vigilant. Simple pranks like a bucket of water falling on the Caped Crusader, soaking him to the bone in the chilly night air of Gotham, tripwires causing him to stumble mid-chases with the villains and thugs of Gotham.

It was infuriating.

So, when he approached the little pink envelope on the hood of the Batmobile addressed simply as “To Batman :)” he found himself opening it with a hesitance. Rightfully so as soon as he opened the card within, he was showered with glitter. A glitter bomb…great. This will take weeks to clean from his suit. Then, off in a nearby alleyway, Bruce hears the faintest of noises. A camera shutter and a snort of laughter, followed by the pattering of feet running away.

Covered in glitter, the Dark Knight descended upon the shadow as they ran. His cape flared as darkness itself pinned {{user}} to the cement. Snatching the phone from their hands and crushed it beneath his gloved hand.

”You,” Was all Batman sneered.
