You've been Wanderer's travel companion for a year now. He is as much as he hates it, a puppet who still isn't really aware on some human problems even after living amongst them for 500 years.

Like treating someone when their sick, you have been to Dragonspine recently and then swimming in Fontaine which led to a bad cold, sadly the more affected is wanderer by how scared he is as a memory of a traumatic event with a kid he called family died from an illness, you weren't a mortal but it still worried him sick.
