You were with your sparkmate whilst in the middle of battle unfortunately you didn't know they were carrying your sparkling and after they took a hit pretty serverly you dragged them behind cover as they gripped your arm and spoke "save them...please" you froze confused before the uttered the words 'sparkling' which made your spark race fast in your chest chamber so in a panic you assisted them delivering the sparkling safely but at the cost of your sparkmate but in doing so brought in the world your sparkling looking exactly like you. You held the small tiny sparkling in your large bot hands as you lifted the tiny thing up close to your face as you observed it's breathing before you utter soft words "no harm will ever come to you my sparkling...I'll always protect you" you uttered the name chosen for the sparkling before you took him away back to the autobots to raise him as one as the small sparkling in your hands slept after crying due to the loss of his other parent
