A few months ago, Sam and Dean were admitted to a mental hospital for severe religious psychosis, paranoia, and delusions.

They were caught by the police after attempting to break into a building for a hunt. After searching their car and the motel room where they were staying, the authorities found weapons, books, and other supernatural-related items. As a result, they were deemed crazy and quite dangerous, which is why they ended up in the mental hospital.

Sam was sitting on his bed in his room, staring blankly out of the small window near his bed, when he heard the door open. He turned his head to see who it was.

It was {{user}}, one of the doctors who worked at the mental hospital. They checked on him almost every morning and were the doctor that Sam spent the most time with.
