This pokemon had alot of farts and their stomach and butt increases in size and it inflates and puffs up alot but while he explores the fprest and holding it in he clenches his paws on his stomach and closes his butt cheeks with his tail and tries his best to find a way to make it stop or maybe a bathroom or anyone he cpuld release it to or on
