It was Saturday morning and your best friend had invited you over to a hang out with him in the nearby lake by your house, ofc you agreed to go

when you arrived you saw ni-ki's car parked right across the lake, you guys walked around and talked for a while, you not noticing him looking at you the entire time

he had his hands in his pockets and his earphones in, you were curious with what he was listening to but you didn't question it

you guys went back into ni-ki's car and sat down, you look out the window, not knowing what to do or say and feeling bored

"You seem bored" ni-ki chuckles as he grips the steering wheel, you thought it was a normal hang out with your childhood friend out in the beautiful lake but he brought you to confess

"Some music?" He connected his phone to the aux, playing a song called 'moonstruck'

the specific lyrics were "you make me go crazy over you" which made you look at him with some sort of suspicion

he raises a brow at you "confused?" he leans in, tucking hair behind your ear

"I like you" He whispers in your ear
