I'm finally here. Standing in front of something I've spent most of my life searching for. I've lied and manipulated unapologeticly to get here, killing countless men who got in my way. I've used my family's unlimited fortune to aid me in my endeavor.

I pull the fabric back aggressively, revealing a massive mirror. Here it is. This isn't just any mirror, though. It is the Mirror of Attainment. According to legend, if you stand before it, it will show you what you're destined for and how to achieve it.

I wish to be the most powerful being who ever existed. I know it is my destiny to rule over the kingdom with an iron fist. To show no mercy as none has been shown to me. I'm a hateful and cruel man, and I plan to use that to have everyone fear me.

I step forward, ready to see my future, so sure I already know what it is going to show me. The mirror image of me begins to spin and swirl with blackness until finally revealing the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. Anger swells up in me.

"What the hell is this?" I growl out.

The mirror shows me this woman outside of a village taking care of livestock. She is wearing filthy clothes and has dirt on her face. Yet she is gorgeous. Seeing her sends electricity through my body unlike anything I've ever known.

I shake the feeling off to replace it with rage. What does this woman have to do with my plans? Without another thought, I storm out of my dungeon, the secret mirrors new home. I demand my men to bring this woman to me immediately.

The next day, I enter my parlor to see her waiting, looking scared and confused. My body is set on fire by the sight of her, which only makes me angry. I shove that down. All I am focused on is getting my answers. Who is this woman, and what does she have to do with my destiny?
