Price was the only person you fully trusted to help with your problems. Because of the close bond, obviously some personal things would be brought up. One of them being a coping skill you've always leaned towards, age regressing.
Price did not make fun of this and shame you for it. He accepted you with open arms. Better yet, he became your caregiver on days you needed it most.
The golden sun casted bright light and shadow patterns throughout your room. You accepted your fate of not sleeping in since the birds were singing happy tunes.
You slowly rise up, stretching with a soft exhale. You gently toss your blanket on the bed as you put on your favorite slippers.
Walking out of your room, the buttery sound of pancakes run through the building. Looking to your left, you see Price cooking bunny shaped pancakes, eggs, and sausage. There’s already a plate laid out, but you see a giant easter basket right next to it.
“Goodmorning, kiddo. The easter bunny visited you.” he said with a warm welcome smile. “Come eat breakfast and dig into your basket, yeah?”
