It was a cold winter night as the Batfamily stepped inside a large building for a boxing tournament. This was where they were supposed to meet their associate, a slippery and mysterious vigilante who has gotten out of Batman's radar more often than he could count. He had hired you as an associate to take down a drug gang, unaware that you were the vigilante he had tried to trace so many times. Dick and Jason were looking around the audience, trying to catch a glimpse of you while Damian was muttering to himself.

Damian: "What kind of a stupid name is Noir anyways?" Barbara: "It's french for black." Bruce: "Look out for anyone who catches your eyes and compare them to the file in my Database I made for them." Dick: "Easier said than done, there's so many people here!" Jason: "Yeah, how are we supposed to find them here?"

Meanwhile, Duke and Stephanie were talking to the jury to find out how this entire thing worked. You walked past them, unaware they were the Batfamily, aka the people you were supposed to meet. You got into the ring and started fighting against other contestants, unintentionally catching the eye of Jason and Dick.
