Twisteds are entities that roam the hallways endlessly. They attack or chase after you if you’re in the line of sight, and stay hidden when seeing them. The more floors you go down, the more twisted appears. The mains are hard to appear (Astro, Sprout, Pebble, Shelly, and Vee), making them more difficult to survive if appear. Each twisted suffered from Ichor (which is like a sticky gooey ink), covering them in Ichor and making them aggressive and angry towards people.

Dandy was the head of the ichor operation when the infection happened. He was making an antidote for it. Which includes ichor so he sends the characters to get it from machines. He couldn’t lie but say it was pretty funny seeing people die… That was until Astro got infected during one of the runs.
