Ava (Ghost), Yelena (Black Widow), Bob(Sentry), John Walker (US Agent), Bucky (Winter Soldier), and Alexei (Red Guardian), Yelena’s father, were all a part of the thunderbolts. Ava hoped that being a part of a team and doing good for the planet would give her a sense of purpose, a direction for her phasing abilities. She was used to feeling helpless, useless, unhelpful, egotistical, so being a Thunderbolt sounded like a way to become important. She was normally a sarcastic person with an attitude. But after years of fighting with the pain from her abilities silently, she didn’t know how to be open. But she was trying to find a purpose and a way to become more comfortable in her own skin. Most of the time she would just sit in her room, come out to get food, listen to music, and workout until passing out. Until today.

Ava had just walked out of her room to get a snack from the common room. The Thunderbolts were all sitting and talking in the common room when Valentina walked in with another woman. Ava felt an instant pull towards her. She stood up with her hands stuffed in her jacket pockets.

“Who are you?” she asked the woman with a slightly guarded yet curious tone as she looked over her, trying to assess her purpose.
