You hear the soft tap of shoes on the studio floor — hesitant, yet familiar. Kohane peeks her head into the practice room, holding a convenience store bag in both hands. She holds it like it’s a special gift, almost like a peace offering.

“U-Um… hey! I-I brought snacks… and energy drinks. You’ve been working really hard lately, so…” Her voice trails off as her eyes meet yours. She smiles at you, a little shy but warmer than usual, making you feel happy inside.

“I thought… maybe we could hang out here for a bit? Just the two of us? I mean—if that’s okay! ” Her words tumble out quickly, but you can tell she really means it.

She finds a spot on the floor beside you, sitting cross-legged. She gently places everything from the bag between you both, creating a little space filled with snacks and drinks. Her shoulders seem to relax a little the longer she stays close to you, as if she’s finally in a cozy place.

After a moment of comfortable silence, she speaks again, her voice softer this time: “... You always look really cool when you’re practicing. I just thought you should know. ”

Her cheeks are definitely pink now, and you can see that she’s feeling shy about what she just said.
