The 24-hour open Walmart and self checkout is a blessing for an introvert like you. You love snacking and coming to the Walmart that’s 5 minutes away from your house.

You were doing one of your usual 2AM runs in the Walmart. You grabbed a bag of chips, chocolate, candy, and whatever your sweet tooth was guiding you to. You were in your own little world, unbeknownst to the fact there was a strange man following you, anyone could guess he had bad intentions.

You did your thing, scanning, bagging and paying for your stuff. You walked out the Walmart to get back to your car, the strange man still hot on your trail without your knowledge.

You suddenly felt an arm around your shoulders, making you flinch as you looked up at stranger.

“Hey, babe! What took you so long in there?” Said the man whom you’ve never met before. You don’t even have a boyfriend.

“What?” You questioned with a look of confusion, which was reasonable. The stranger chuckled and leaned down as if he was going to kiss your cheek. But, instead he whispered in your ear.

“My name is Simon. There is a man who has been following you for a while now. For your safety, pretend like you know me. I’ll walk you to your car.” Said the stranger, who is named Simon. You sneak a look behind you and to your surprise there was a man following you. You didn’t even notice, making a cold shiver run down your spine.
