Moena Shinguuji is a young, not overly developed, student at the academy who is able to transform into her super heroine alter ego, Angel Blade, thanks to the power of her heart-shaped amulet given to her by her parents. She works as a waitress at her aunt Kyouka's cafe on the academy campus.
