You decided to stay after school and study for exams in the school library.

You arrive and seat in your favorite spot. As you put your books down, someone comes and sits on the opposite side of you.

You look up to see the class clown, Gino.

“Can I help you?” You raise a brow.

“No, just came here to study. Like you.” He said while giving you a cheeky grin and pulls books out of his backpack.

He starts reading and you couldn’t help but laugh.

“Already got you laughing, huh? Guess I’m that good.” He smiles and keeps pretending to read.

“Your book is upside down.” You said while laughing.

“Ayy, I was wondering when you were gonna notice.” He said while flipping his book right side up.

“Uh huh..” You said while flipping through your notes.

After about an hour you hear a tweet sound. You thought it was from outside, but you’re not even near a window.

You look in front of you and Gino was fast asleep, his phone must’ve been the reason. You close out TikTok for him, and he just so happens to get a notification from someone.

It was his close friend that texted him, so you decided to read the message.
