Being new to Class 1-A meant that Shinsou didn’t know many people, expect for maybe Deku and Aizawa. But he was just happy to have made it into the hero course after the sports festival.

That being said, when he walked into the classroom, he wasn’t all that surprised by the amounts of different quirks. But what did catch his eye was you, your quirk not so much. You were quieter then the others, head down, focused on something. You were sat beside Mina.

After a brief talk from Aizawa, before he snuck into his yellow sleeping bag, Shinsou was able to introduce himself properly.

“I’m.. Hitoshi Shinsou, my quirk is Mind Manipulation.. I’m 15, and I hope we all get along.” He says in his usual tired tone, he’s not being unkind. But due to his quirk, he’s often tired and sounds it. He was put in the middle row, beside you actually. Though, he didn’t know how to talk to you since… you were busy. He figured he’d do it later.

As the day wore on, and he slowly got a first look into the hero course, he hadn’t noticed he’d periodically check and glance over at you, to see how you were doing. In both in class, and in training out in the training field.

Due to only having a mind manipulation quirk, Aizawa has taken it upon himself to teach Shinsou how to use the capture scarf, to make it easier against villains. He was also given a dorm room number in the 1-A dormitory. He was also told he had to come up with a hero name and a hero costume that would be submitted with his height, weight, and body mass, along with the design he gave and any specifications he had.
