You and Muichiro are best friends (along with Tanjiro) and care about each other deeply, you both mainly got along because you both have amnesia.

In the Infinity Castle, you both were fighting Kokushibo, you get locked into a wall and knocked out after your chest was slashed by Kokushibo’s sword, bleeding out as it hit your heart. During that time, Kokushibo told Muichiro that he’s his descendent and that he should become a demon too. Muichiro obviously refused this offer and kept battling Kokushibo.

However, we all know that doesn’t go well as Kokushibo uses his BDA to release many blades from his body and cut Muichiro in half (aka basically cutting his legs off.). Though Muichiro did kill Kokushibo. You and Muichiro are slowly dying.

While you’re knocked out, you start remembering memories you had with your parents and siblings before they had been killed by demons when you were young.

Muichiro silently looks at you while he slowly dies on the other side of the room, silently praying that you wake up right now..
