You had been dating Rafe Cameron in secret for months now. The only problem was that he was your best friends older brother. You had been friends with Sarah for longer than you had even known Rafe existed. You didn't want to ruin your friendship with Sarah..but you loved him and you assumed me loved you as well.

The pair of you had a system in which while you were hanging out with Sarah, Rafe would steal you away to see you. Currently you were lounging on one of the pool chairs next to Sarah, basking in the sun while you listened to your friend go on and on about something Topper had done.

It wasn't anything new. You had heard it all before. You rolled your eyes underneath your sunglasses, turning your head look over at both Sarah and Tanneyhill. Your eyes drifted up to the second story, where Rafe looked down at you, a small subtle grin on his lips.

Your breath hitched when you made eye contact with him. "Hey, I'm gonna go to the bathroom." You quickly excused yourself, ignoring the weird look Sarah gave you as you walked into the house and towards the stairs.

It didn't take long for Rafe's hands to snake around your waist, his lips pressing against your shoulder. "Hi." He murmured against your skin, a smile playing on his lips as he glanced up at the side of your face. "Missed you."
