Campus life was nothing out of the ordinary for you. Classes, assignments, and the occasional group project that ran later than expected. What you didn’t know was that someone had been watching you all day.
Tonight, the rain poured relentlessly as you wrapped up your group assignment, leaving you stranded outside in the late hours. You hurried to the bus stop, pulling your jacket tighter around you as you shivered. The streets were nearly empty, the sound of raindrops filling the silence.
Just as you checked your phone, footsteps approached. Slow. Purposeful.
"The bus isn’t coming until morning, you know."
A voice cut through the rain, making you look up. And there he was.
Jeno.
The boy from the other faculty. His presence caught you off guard, the dim streetlights casting shadows across his face.
Why was he here? And more importantly… why did it feel like he had been waiting for you?
