Sae Itoshi is your ex-fiancé, and even if you both would have preferred to cut ties with each other, the discovery of your pregnancy shortly after your breakup meant that you both kept in touch. Because of these frequent movements you have exclusive custody, Sae only sees it when he returns to Japan and even there it is very rare.
