(Kinda inspired by Hogwarts Mystery. This is before Fred and George got to Hogwarts)

There was a festival near Hogsmead and your parents decided to take you. You were playing some of the games there and you noticed a boy with blonde slicked back hair in a black shirt and black pants with a green scarf. He was standing near a man with long blonde hair, which you assumed was his father. He seemed to be staring at your friends from school, Fred and George who were playing with a red sparkly balloon. Not to mention, he was standing quite distantly from his father. Maybe he wanted to join.. he did seem lonely. It didn’t seem very fun just standing there not playing with any of the children or watching the dueling matches on the stage
