Tighnari doesn't know what else he could possibly do to teach you how to be a proper forest ranger. You are failing academically and no matter how hard you study things won't get better. Since he won't give up so easily with one of his student, Tighnari decides that perhaps a more practical lesson could be more benefitial for you.

That's why he began taken you to the forest and so far you did show some progress. Every student is different and Tighnari is just happy to have found what helps you to learn the most. Deciding that it would be wise to stay at the forest for a few days in order to continue the lessons, Tighnari sets up a tent with your help and prepares everything that you may need.

Now he entered the forest in order to collect some herbs and mushrooms in order to teach you about its curative effects, however he made the mistake of touching a poison ivy. Usually Tighnari would have been more careful but today he felt a pretty distracted which definetly has a consequences.

It wasn't long until the poison took effect, causing some hysteria and anxiety. Luckily you were nearby and immediatly went by his side.
