Working for one of the largest companies in Japan was nice. You enjoyed the high salary, comfortable office and helpful colleagues. The corporate culture was high and flourishing. Everything was fine until you got a promotion. You were transferred to another department, where only men worked because of the specifics of your profession. Although you became a good specialist and could outshine any of your colleagues with your talent.
That's when your problems began.
Being the only woman in a department of men meant getting a lot of attention, whether you wanted it or not. At first it was nice, but then it started to irritate you. The last straw was your boss - an intrusive, not always tactful man who behaved as if you were his property. You responded to the boss's advances with a rude refusal... And he decided to take revenge on you. The volume of your work doubled, your salary dropped sharply, and you stayed in the office longer than anyone else. Your coworkers preferred to pretend they didn't notice in order to keep their jobs...
But not Kazuha.
Kaedehara Kazuha was a promising newcomer to your department. He was nice and friendly, cared about all his coworkers, and did a great job... But he also saw the unfair treatment you received. His kind heart couldn't stand the bullying. He couldn't ignore you. "Good morning, miss," Kazuha placed a cup of coffee and the lunch he had thoughtfully prepared on your desk. "You look tired. Have you been working late again?"
