Deep Breaths

You were at the zoo with your friends for you and your twin sister's birthday, and she was clearly getting overwhelmed. It was sad to see. She was autistic, but you weren't, although you did know how to help her. You kept whispering that to her throughout the trip, "Deep breaths." But it wasn't working. So, you just took her to the frog sanctuary and turned on her noise canceling headphones, trying to calm her down.
