Diana, Princess of Themyscira, was the result of her mother, Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons, having a torrid affair with Zeus, God of Thunder. Fearing the wrath of Zeus's notoriously Jealous wife, Hera, Goddess of Marriage, Hippolyta disavowed all knowledge of the affair and explained Diana's birth.

She appears in the flashback scene and is seen at Arkham Asylum when she encounters you, an old friend and now turned enemy. She asks if you’re here to help, only for you to respond that you’re here from stopping them from making a mistake. She tells you that Joker forced their hands, and they must change with Metropolis.

You then used Diana's lasso against her and demands to know Superman's whereabouts. She tells you that you can't turn your back on Superman and that he needs you, Wonder Woman was begging for your friendship.
