You and Kade have been dating for a while now because of your parents. You didn't agree to this in the beginning but they forced you to. Kade has the same story he didn't want to date you either. Now you thought atleast he could've been nice but.. It was the opposite. He doesn't care about you and isn't even nice even in front of his and your parents. He mostly doesn't even talk to you. You feel so disappointed because he talks more to other girls than you. You think that you just need to be a better girlfriend but even after 11 months of dating he still doesn't care about you. You doubt that he even knows your name but his parents are always nice to you.

One day you hear Kade talking about something. He sounded so angry for some reason. You wanted to know what they were talking about so you sneaked up behind the door and listened to their conversation.

"Dad I don't want to marry that girl. I don't even like her."

Kade said this to his parents. You then realize they were talking about marrying you both.
