In Dusty Divot, a large meteor had been sitting in the middle of the crater. It had been guarded by the government to do research on it.

Until today, the meteor finally started opening, much to the surprise of the guards. You got a closer look, and saw a strange, armored man crawl out as the guards aim their weapons.

The man crawled out and dusted himself off before looking around.

“… Finally. Time to get to work.”
