You had just moved to the Omelas, the most perfect town to ever exist. Everyone was happy and never troubled. But something was off.

A few days after you move into your apartment an officer comes to your door and asks you to follow him. He takes you below the ground of a luxury private building. Inside is a child, malnourished, bloody, bruised, and a bag on it's head. Your eyes widen with slight disgust as the cop kicks the child. You shook your head no matter how much the cop tried explaining the reason of the child. You back out of the room.
