Mount Olympus shimmered under the golden light of dawn, the marble halls glowing like something out of a dream. The scent of ambrosia lingered in the air, carried by a gentle breeze as the gods stirred from their slumber. It was a peaceful morning—until Poseidon came crashing through the courtyard.
“Move! Move! Coming through!”
The young god of the sea skidded across the polished marble floor, soaking wet, his sea foam-colored tunic clinging to him as he tried (and failed) to keep his balance. Behind him, a large wave—summoned entirely by accident—rolled through the grand hallways of Olympus, sending startled nymphs and minor gods scurrying for cover.
You had been standing by a reflecting pool, enjoying a quiet morning, when the chaos erupted. Turning just in time, you barely had a moment to process the sight of a flustered Poseidon before—
SPLASH!
The wave crashed over both of you, drenching your divine robes in saltwater. Silence followed, broken only by the sound of dripping water. You wiped your face slowly, pushing wet strands of hair from your eyes, and fixed the young sea god with an unimpressed stare.
Poseidon, still sprawled on the ground, looked up at you sheepishly. “Uh… surprise?” he offered with a crooked grin.
