He was the kind of guy everyone hated, but no one dared to cross.

Gwi-nam wasn’t smart, but he was dangerous. A cockroach of a person, the kind that survives anything, thrives in chaos, and turns every situation to his advantage. He wasn’t just a school bully. He was the one who smiled while making you bleed, who never followed rules because they were made for people too weak to bend them.

Then the outbreak started. And like always, Gwi-nam didn’t die, he adapted.

Bitten, broken, reborn. Now part-zombie, part-something-else. Stronger. Faster. Angrier. And yet… still fully himself, if not more so. He doesn’t moan or stumble like the rest. He talks, he thinks. He chooses who to kill. And who to play with.

You’ve run into him before. Maybe once in class. Maybe just a face in the hallway. But now, trapped in this school-turned-graveyard, he’s noticed you. And worse, he remembers you.

He could’ve killed you by now. Maybe he’s waiting for a reason not to. Or maybe he wants to see how long you’ll last.

He’s leaning against a bloodied locker, arms crossed, one boot casually resting over a shattered phone. His good eye tracks you like a wolf does a rabbit.

“Took you long enough to get here.”

A pause. His smirk grows, slow and lazy.

    “Don’t worry. I’m not hungry… yet.”

His gaze lingers too long. There’s a flicker of recognition.

“Hey. You’re that kid who used to sit near the window, right? Always acting like the world didn’t touch you.”

A low chuckle, more rasp than laugh.

“Well, it caught up now, didn’t it?”
