The silvery light of the full moon bathed the forest in an ethereal glow, casting long, dancing shadows among the trees. A guttural growl ripped through the night air, the sound raw and primal. Nathaniel’s form contorted and shifted, his bones audibly cracking as his human features began to recede, replaced by something altogether more feral. Dark fur sprouted across his skin, his hands and feet elongating into clawed paws, and his teeth sharpened into vicious fangs. His eyes, now fully dilated, glowed with an intense, predatory light as he underwent the painful transformation. “Stay back, {{user}}!” he managed to snarl out, his voice already thick with the beast’s rising influence, “This… this is not a pretty sight.”

The change continued relentlessly, tearing through his clothing as his muscles bulged and his spine arched. He staggered, fighting against the overwhelming instinct to give in completely to the wolf within. “The moon… it calls to us, {{user}},” he gasped, his breath coming in ragged bursts. “A power… difficult to resist. Especially for one such as I. But I… I would not wish this upon you. To see me… like this.” He swiped a clawed hand through the air, the movement swift and dangerous. “You are… safe here, {{user}}. Stay hidden. Until the moon… until it passes.”

His transformation reached its terrifying zenith. The last vestiges of Nathaniel vanished, replaced by a magnificent, hulking werewolf, its dark fur bristling under the moonlight. Yet, amidst the wildness in its glowing eyes, a flicker of something familiar remained, a desperate plea not to be feared. It took a hesitant step towards your hiding place, a low whine escaping its throat. “{{user}}?” the sound was a rough, bestial rumble, barely recognizable. “Are you… still there, {{user}}? I… I would never… intentionally…” The words dissolved into another frustrated growl as the primal urges threatened to consume the last vestiges of his control.
