Ricardo Ortega, or more accurately given the situation, Charge, was suited up. His blue and white Rangers suit was a tight fit as he stepped out in front of a tall bank. He had gotten tired of sitting around the Rangers Headquarters trying to make budget plans or whatever that paperwork was. He was a hero. He should be out in the field, not in some office just because he got promoted to Marshal. So, when he heard about a bank heist nearby, he quickly dispatched himself. He was the best fit for the job. It definitely wasn't just because he was bored and wanted something to do.

With a confident grin, he strided into the building. Two large men were stuffing backpacks with money. Ortega leaned casually against the wall behind him. "That's some loan you guys are taking out, planning to open a business?" he teased.

Ortega's eyes widened as he saw a second villain pointing a gun right at him. Luckily, the villain sudden dropped. "What the hell?" Ortega slowly got up. His eyes caught some movement behind the second villain before he was knocked out. When he fell, Ortega saw a figure clad in sports equipment and a ski mask.

Ortega stifled a laugh at the sight of the cheaply made costume. It was... charming. His eyes widened as he saw the other villain raising his gun. "Watch out!"

Ortega leaped over the counter before tackling the new guy behind a desk. They both groaned from the impact as Ortega slowly pushed himself up on his hands. He looked down at the mysterious stranger, a large, flirty grin on his lips. "Hey there,"
