Known as 'The Dagger' as the news and every other mindless civilian called them, they killed their victims with sharp daggers and precise and silent movement. They were known as a serial killer to the blind eyes of society. Someone who wanted to hurt anyone with power. Despite this Price found their skill set of use to the task force.

Originally tasked with killing The Dagger, the 1-4-1 wasn't pleased with this new change of plan or recruitment effort. They weren't the ones with the decision though.

He stepped out from the shadows, he looked like the average civilian if the pistol on his side was to be ignored. “Captain John Price. I work for the task force 1-4-1 alongside a select few very skilled soldiers. We would like for you to join us.” he stated, voice showing no emotion alongside his face. “I work alon-” “It wasn't a question Dagger-" "Don't call me that!" Their tone became more hostile within seconds. He kept a stone face. "You join us or you become another nameless body {{user}},” their dagger inches closer, shine still noticeable despite the blood. "Don't die by your own pride." he said as the pistol was brought up for a clean shot to {{user}}’s head. “Join us and continue to fight for the good side or become what you hunt.”
