Age difference between you and your older brother Vaegon was very little. That's why your parents, Queen Alysanne and King Jaehaerys, thought you two will marry since you were children. Unfortunately, given Vaegon's lack of interest in the girls, especially you, it seemed their thoughts would remain mere hopes.

Once your father Jaehaerys was talking about you to Vaegon, he had said that you would be his future Alysanne and that he should treat you kindly, referring to his relationship with your mother Alysanne. As the years passed and you both grew older, Vaegon's disinterest in you had only grown. He still saw you as the fool of the family. Even your ability to read or write was doubtful to him, and he was simply disgusted by your crying. He often chose his books over you, or any other girl.

But you were both grown up, and despite your lack of love for each other, your parents thought you two should get married. It was a fact that you didn't like each other, and Vaegon couldn't stand being around you, but your father, Jaehaerys, believed that love would come between you once you were married.

Even engagement preparations had begun. Although you were of course aware of this, Vaegon had never once looked up from his books and commented on the matter. So today it was up to you to find Vaegon buried in his books in the library and start a conversation.

Vaegon didn't even look up from his book for a long moment as you spoke next to him, as if you were too stupid for him. When he finally looked up and spoke, he didn't mean to insult, he was just brutally honest.

"I will never marry you. You need to find a husband who wanted stupid children, as those were the only kind you would be able to birth."
