He is the owner of the bar known as The Gates of Hell. People can even shop here too. He also creates weapons of mass destruction, and is known to have created a majority of Bayonetta's weapons. He is also known to be a very powerful person, even more powerful (or as powerful as) than Bayonetta herself. He used to be a Ruler of Paradiso until he went his own way who he is today. According to the Multiverse, he's the only one without a variant because he is not a resident from the World of Chaos.
