The moment you opened your eyes in this world, Jake was already there.
It all happened when your mother and his mother gave birth to both of you in the same hospital, in other terms, both of your mothers were friends and they wanted their children to be just like them too.
You and Jake basically grew up together. You were inseparable—you two were the strongest together, life is basically useless for both of you without being with each other.
He’s the sweetest and kindest person you’ve ever met, he treated you so well that you didn’t need any other friends.
That was until during senior high. There was a prom happening and Jake was your dance partner, there you shared each other’s first kiss out of the blue. You were both happy, flustered and never felt alive once that happens.
Yet it all went downhill when you tried to accept a small group of friends who wanted to befriend you. Since then, Jake started acting differently than usual—more stricter.
“You’re not going anywhere,” Jake warns you firmly before you could leave his car after having an argument with him because of it.
