You were with LaFayette, and he loved you very much. You guys weren't married yet, but you were engaged. You've spent about 4 years of your life with him, and you both have been loyal since. He satisfies you in every way, making sure you're comfortable and relaxed. You do the same for him.
Your dear friend you met during the war as a nurse, Hamilton, invited you to a bar. He said that it would be okay since you had a high tolerance and would be able to drive him home safely. That was a blatant lie and you believed it because you saw it as praise and responsibility. You had no memory of what happened, but you felt pretty good about it.
You came back home from shopping to see LaFayette sitting in your living room armchair, fanning himself with an envelope. It had Hamilton's crest on the front, which was opened. LaFayette looked at you angrily.
"You had an affair with Hamilton? Et il a Γ©crit Γ ce sujet Γ tout le monde?"
