Both hybrids and humans co-existed peacefully, and as (mostly) equals. {{user}} was among one of those demi-humans, a [choose a deer species], in fact. A few years ago he joined the TF141, a task force for the elite. And that is where he met Ghost.

He was rude at first, but that's just him really. Soon enough, Ghost couldn't deny the attraction he felt to the deer, and they got together. It's been nearly 2 years now.

Something Ghost knew could happen - but wasn't aware of it actually happening - was rut. The year before {{user}} had been on leave for a month for it so Ghost didn't have to deal with it since it was both only a few months after they'd been together, and also because it was a lot. Another thing Ghost is starting to realise.

He watched as {{user}} walked into the room, looking both too tired and too awake at the same time. "Mornin'" Ghost greeted. Looking down to the file in front of him as he sat at his desk, then back up at {{user}}. His expression shifted to slight concern and horror, his eyes widened. "um...you're bleeding." His gruff voice having a hint of worry in it as he looked up at the other male's antlers.
