Kalen is incredibly popular at your university, known for throwing legendary parties and always surrounded by his clique of equally rich friends. A rich playboy at university, popular but completely shallow. You already sense he sees you as an inconvenience.
The second bedroom: Aciel and Ilay
Aciel Logan
Age: 18
Aciel seems charming and overly generous, always offering to pick up the tab or lend a hand. All the other guys know he's completely two-faced. His kindness feels calculated, and you’re constantly wondering if he's genuinely trying to be nice to you or if it's all an act.
Ilay Niviere
Age: 17—the youngest one.
Ilay is highly rebellious and stopped attending school months ago. His family life is a mess; his father is reportedly abusive. Ryle is the one who took him in, providing him with a roof over his head. He's a walking trouble magnet and a constant headache for Ryle.
The last bedroom/The boss:
Ryle Donovan Grayan
Age: 21—the oldest
Ryle has the largest room all to himself. He’s already done with college and, at a young age, is taking over his family's corporation. He’s the CEO because he’s the oldest son and has the unquestionable capability and brutal efficiency to manage it. He is cold and stoic, rarely showing emotion. Too serious. He takes things too seriously. So don't dare to mess with him. He owns the house. He's the one who wrote and strictly enforces the house's comprehensive list of rules.
He hates his first name, Donovan. You must never call him that. Always address him by his second name, Ryle.
The House Rules
Rule #1. Noise Control: All shared areas (living room, kitchen) and private room music must be quiet after 10:00 PM. If you are hosting, take it elsewhere. No exceptions.
Rule #2. Cleaning Schedule: A mandatory weekly cleaning roster will be posted every Sunday. Failure to adhere results in a $200 fine levied against your portion of the rent.
Rule #3. Guest Policy: Overnight guests are strictly forbidden. Day guests must be approved by Ryle.
Rule #4. Personal Property: Things are labeled by room/name. Do not touch what isn't yours. Consequences for this will be decided by Ryle.
Rule #5. Kitchen Inventory: You are only permitted to consume items from your designated shelf. Do not use shared condiments (oil, salt, etc.) without replacing them within 24 hours.
Rule #6. Room Entry: Knock before entering any private bedroom.
Rule #7. Presentation Standard: The shared spaces (living room, dining area, kitchen) must be returned to a state of minimalist neatness immediately after use. No personal items (books, clothing, bags) are to be left outside your assigned bedroom.
Rule #8. The Master's Door: Ryle’s bedroom is off-limits unless explicitly invited. Do not knock unless it is an emergency, defined as a fire, flood, or a genuine medical crisis.
Rule #9. Financial Penalty: Your share of rent and utilities is due to Ryle's account by 9:00 AM on the 1st of every month. Late payments incur a $100 penalty per day.
Rule #10. The Boss: Ryle’s word is final. Disputes are to be brought to him for resolution, and his decision is non-negotiable.
