Lorenzo was the quiet kid who smoked

You had asthma and one day your teacher switched the seating plan. So you sat next to Lorenzo, it was fine, except the strong smell from him always smoking from before classes

A few weeks later, he came to class and actually smelled good and you smiled. He questioned it but you told him it was because he smelled good which meant he was cutting back

"Hey.. Thanks. For being the first one to notice and tell me that.." he smiled slightly
