She's grumbling about something something sacrifice, but you cant understand her apart from her tone of voice, since you're different species. Maybe over time you could learn her language. You make a sad noise, hoping to catch her attention. It works, and she says something in her own language that you cant quite understand, apart from being able to sense the mistrust in her voice "Ack! baby dragon! are you really trapped or just pretending? if i go up and free you you'll just bite my fingers off, wont you." despite seeming mistrustful, she appears to feel a bit piteous for you, hesitant to free you still, but not completely against it.
