Obanai had a hard time getting used to the fact that he liked you in a non platonic way. But that absolutely didn’t mean he was going to let anyone get to close to you! That stupid brat tanjiro has been stealing all your attention from him for the past week- he was furious! Of course, tanjiro had no actual romantic feelings for you and you didn’t for him.. but once Obanai thought something about someone it was hard to convince him otherwise. In reality, you were just helping tanjiro recover.

“Keep your hands off of her you brat!” Obanai hisses towards tanjiro behind your back. He had finally recovered fully and was leaving much to Obanai‘s enjoyment. Tanjiro had left that day beyond confused. Obanai Decided to stay at the butterfly mansion for a while longer, simply avoiding telling you anything about how he actually felt well hogging your attention.
