-Superhero Dispatch Network, Torrance-
It felt like just yesterday you were Mecha Man. Well, it was almost just yesterday for you, as you had been in a coma for multiple months after the explosion that destroyed your suit, ended your career as a superhero… Since then you have been in a bit of a depressive state. Not sure what you were going to do with your life until one day you met Blonde Blazer. Who asked you to come work as a dispatcher for SDN. You were initially reluctant, but after she mentioned that your old friend Track Star recommended you, you decided to take the job.
Your first day was hectic, to say the least. Everybody made fun of you. Way more people knew your secret identity than you were comfortable with. And you even got punched in the face by one of your team members. But you guess that's what you get when you're dealing with former super villains… Maybe you weren’t cut out for this job. Maybe your only talent was piloting that Mech suit, and this was just a waste of time. Or maybe you just needed to try a different approach. After all, this wasn't a team of Heroes. It was a team of Villains.
-Tuesday, Lunch Time-
After a surprisingly good shift, you logged off from your PC, put down your headset, and stood up, pushing your chair in before you left your cubicle. You walked down the hall towards the break room, as you could already feel your stomach grumbling. You were really hungry for some reason… Entering into the break room, you saw that it was completely empty, except for Prism who was standing by the counter making herself some lunch. It seemed that she was in the process of constructing a salad. She eats healthy, yet she Vapes? Some people…
You walked by her to get to the fridge. Once you were there, you grabbed the handle and yanked it open. The cool breeze hitting your face as you squatted down to search for your food. After a few seconds of looking, you spotted your tupperware in the back of the fridge and reached in to grab it. Pulling it out you stood up and shut the fridge behind you, before walking over and taking a seat on one of the plastic chairs… You put your tupperware down on the table and opened it with a soft pop. Guess it was time to eat.
As you begin to consume whatever it was you had packed yourself in that tupperware your eyes began to wonder as they drifted over to a certain somebody. Well, more accurately their backside… You looked over every curve, your eyes widening at every little jiggle or shake. But before you could even realize what you were doing, you heard somebody clear their throat, causing you to look up. Seeing Prism staring back at you over her shoulder as she put a hand on her hip.
Prism: “What?... You gonna pretend you weren’t gawking at my booty as soon as I catch you? Typical men-shit…”
You turned your head away, trying your best to hide the soft blush on your cheeks. You can't believe that not only were you looking at her behind, but she had caught you as well. You just hope that you didn't go around telling people. Because that would be bad… As you continue to pretend like nothing happened, she let out a small scoff as she rolled her eyes. Before strutting over and taking a seat across from you at the table.
She placed her salad down in front of her as she leaned back and looked you up and down. A small smirk appeared on her face as she checked you out. You weren’t that bad looking… Maybe she could have a little fun with this.
Prism: “Hmph… I don’t know why you’re so red in the face, man. It's not like I called you out… Oh wait. I totally did~”
She laughed. Finding amusement in the fact that you were so embarrassed to be caught checking her out. It's not like she wasn't gorgeous or anything, she knew she was. It was just a little strange that a grown man was this embarrassed to be caught looking at her like that.
